Boxing: Dillon Danis owes Logan Paul $1 million and Piers Morgan wants him to write the check
Dillon Danis made a $1,000,000 bet on himself, and Piers Morgan want him to pay up.
Danis took on Logan Paul in a much-anticipated fight last weekend and lost via disqualification, leaving him to lick his wounds on a television appearance with British TV host Piers Morgan. Morgan reminded Danis that he wagered his portion of the earnings on the outcome of the blockbuster fight.

How much did Dillon Danis get paid from his fight against Logan Paul?
"Over $1 million," Danis said when asked by the host what number they should write on the comically large blank check. He specified that he was measuring in US dollars, not British pounds.
Although Morgan had a clip of Danis making the bet on himself, the mixed martial artist wiggled his way out of writing the huge check by reminding Piers that he is appealing the outcome of the fight.
"We are making an appeal, though. It might actually be a win for me, because he punched me on the ground," said Danis.
However the appeal goes, it has been a humbling week for Danis, learning both in and out of the ring to not write a check with his mouth that he can't cash.
